Russell was nothing short of AMAZING! After the loss of two loved ones only months apart, he made the daunting task of clearing out a house actually enjoyable. We are truly thankful for his patience and thoughtfulness through this process. He took extra time to make sure we understood how everything would work and even made sure we got more opinions before we got started just to make sure we had the full picture of options when trying to deal with a loved ones material things (there were more than we thought to be honest). It was so refreshing to see that type of honesty and integrity because you don't find that very often these days and it was so clear after doing our research that Russell was our guy. We are sad the project is over but now we will forever have someone we will refer people to when they might feel overwhelmed by a space and the things occupying it, because Russell will steer them right, of that, we have no doubt.
